Today: 6/7-2011, we had an open guild meeting the in the afternoon around 4 o'clock, there were a lot of people in VT discussing general thought s and concerns regarding the guild, and how to adjust things and move from here.
For the raiding aspect we decided we'll be focusing on one team, changing Team 1 and Team 2 into One United Summer Team. While Rotating Spots and Targets around, everyone get's to raid a bit and visit their preferred content during the summer period. At the end of the summer we'll have a look on where we stand as a Guild and what adjustments we're ready for.
Due to the above decision we will kindly have to decline the ''alliance'' with the four friends we have been raiding with the past weeks, and focus on our own progress & Raids for now. We will still have the friendship in our back-pockets if us or them we need some help some other time.
Reflecting on the Social Aspect, It was also mentioned to use Vent more outside Raids, and sign up for the Daily Guild-Runs in the Calender.
As this was a fruitful meeting, liked by those that were there, we also decided to hold these kind of meetings once a month in the future.

After assessing our situation and consulting some Officers and Raiders there's a few Decisions I've made I'd like to share.
- 25-man keep going while forging 1st 10-man team for Cata.
This means that a selected few Raiders are Cherry-picked over the next 6 weeks to investigate the best Suitable combination.
These selected players should have a well geared or Kingslayer Alt Available so that our 25-man Raids will not be compromised.
- Tracking ppl's performance with WWS demote Raiders as needed.
Cataclysm is around the Corner and we've brought in a lot new members lately. We also notice the need of some of our Core players for progress and success. So we'll start tracking peoples performance with WWS (WoW Web-Stats) again on a regular basis. According to the results we'll have to demote certain people that are not up to par with our standards. But keep in mind performance is not just Pew Pew. Signing up, being prepared, running back, getting ready and buffed up, knowing the fights, avoiding bad-stuff, moving when you have to, targeting the correct mobs, etc.
- Re-evaluate the Officers Team as Cata Hits.
Our current Council has been up and running for some time now. Some of the officers may need a break and some regular members may deserve a step up. While nothing is set in stone just yet we may end up in demoting the whole team and re-building it from scratch or just replacing some people according to their availability and the Guilds needs. We're Aiming to introduce you to our new Council around the arrival of Cataclysm.
- A personal Note
All in All Guy's, my personal Aim is to Raid more, and with susses. Over the last 5 years I've always tried to listen to peoples suggestions and accommodate both our Casual Minded and Raid-minded members. While I've enjoyed this it hasn't always fulfilled my personal Goals. I've often felt I was lacking progress and playing below my abilities. This is something I will no longer settle for. Like I said I wish to Raid with success, with dependable and reliable people. Cata will offer 25-man content, and I'm happy to go there. My 1st Aim however is to build up a 10-man Team, and then a 2nd one asap. From there we'll see what 25-man options we'll have.

The Council is aware of some concerns with regards to our United Efforts with DA. As soon as we can get in touch with DA's Council / Officers to address and work on these issues.
In the meantime we ask you to show your Patience & Understanding and try to keep the spirit high!
